DELIVERY

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days from Antwerp, Belgium.

All deliveries are shipped by Bpost.

 

Standard shipping time is approximately 3-5 workdays. Most packages will usually find its way to the final address in 10 workdays.

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays.

Note that all customs duties, taxes or fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS

If you like to make a return, please send an e-mail to info@vega-basics.com within 10 days of order delivery.
You will receive a return label to send back the items. Please provide your name, order number, order date and your return reason. Delivery costs will not be refunded and a handling cost of 10 EUR will be deducted for the return label + handling costs (BE). For NL orders this is 15 EUR.

​For other countries, this varies based on location + shipping costs. You will be informed of this when you register the return.

We only accept returns of goods that are undamaged and unworn (hangtags included). Items that were bought in SALE are final and will not be eligible for return at any time.

If the returned items are in unfit condition and don’t have the original labels on them, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The items can be send back at the client’s cost.
